2. Submit customized requirements
Customers provide us with the following customized information based on their own needs:

Quantity requirements: inform the order quantity of the required packaging bags.

4. Sample production

During the sample production process, we will strictly produce according to the drawings and requirements provided by the customer to ensure that the quality and effect of the samples meet the customer's expectations.
After the sample is produced, we will mail it to the customer for confirmation in time.
5. Sample confirmation and contract signing
After the customer receives the sample, he must confirm the sample within the specified time.
If the customer has any questions about the sample or needs to modify it, we will adjust and remake the sample in time until the customer is satisfied.
After the sample is confirmed to be correct, the two parties will sign a formal customization contract to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, including product specifications, quantity, price, delivery time, payment method, quality standards, breach of contract liability and other contents.
6. Deposit payment and production start
After the contract is signed, the customer needs to pay a 30% deposit as agreed in the contract.
After receiving the deposit, we will immediately start the production process, arrange the production plan, and inform the customer of the expected production cycle (generally 15-20 days).
During the production process, we will strictly follow the quality management system and process standards to ensure that the quality of each product meets the requirements.
At the same time, we will maintain close communication with customers, promptly feedback the production progress to customers, and ensure that customers are aware of the progress of the order at any time.
7. Final payment and delivery
After the production is completed, we will notify the customer to come for inspection or provide product photos for customer confirmation.
After the customer confirms that the product is correct, the remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the contract.
After receiving the balance, we will arrange the delivery in time and provide customers with detailed logistics information to ensure that customers can receive the goods in time.
After delivery, we will continue to pay attention to logistics dynamics to ensure that the goods are delivered to customers safely and on time.
8. After-sales service
We are well aware of the importance of after-sales service, so after the product is delivered, we will provide customers with a full range of after-sales service.
If customers encounter any problems during use, such as product quality problems, usage questions, etc., they can contact us at any time, and we will respond in time and provide solutions.
Due to the particularity of customized products, non-quality issues cannot be returned. For product quality problems caused by us, we will be responsible for free replacement.
We will also visit customers regularly to understand their satisfaction with our products and services, and continuously improve and enhance the quality of our products and services.
